I run companies, and I build the systemsthat let them scale.

Financial and operating lead across a multi-entity group, and founder of Moundi. I turn the operating problems I hit into systems and ventures.

What I'm building, led by Moundi.

Active ventures, piloted against real operating load — not slideware.

Moundi

The Expansion OS for SMB cross-border compliance.

When a small company sells into a new state or country, the compliance obligation begins immediately and usually surfaces months later as a penalty. Moundi makes that invisible work visible and runs it end to end: it detects exposure, then carries each obligation through registration, filing, funding, remittance, reconciliation, and an audit-grade evidence trail. Versioned rulepacks and a confidence-bounded AI agent layer do the work, while compliance decisions stay rule-governed.

Moundi started at HEC Paris and grew directly out of the compliance load I already run across an 11-entity operating group spanning 9 US states and 3 countries. The product is piloted against that real load, which is where its first rulepacks are built and verified.

02 / Operating
Operating

Dezign Assist

A talent and operations company for interior design and home furnishings.

As operating lead and part-owner, I build the brand, the go-to-market, and the internal systems the business runs on: the operating spine behind the service.

Operating

NOUX

A web design-forward digital agency.

NOUX helps small and growing businesses modernize: it leads with web design and digital presence, then builds the marketing and operational systems around it. It is where my operating playbook, from workflows to automation to AI-forward systems, becomes a client-facing offering.

02 — About

I'm an operator and a builder. The two have never been separate things.

Principles from inside the operation — not from a whiteboard.

  • Live the problem first. I build from inside the operation, not from a whiteboard.
  • Systems over heroics. Durable process beats individual effort once things scale.
  • Restraint over noise. Say less, show the mechanism, let the evidence carry the weight.

My day-to-day is the financial and operating leadership of a multi-entity group spanning interior design, offshore staffing, digital marketing, and the integration of an acquired company, across 11 entities, 9 US states, and 3 countries. It is the full operating surface, from systems and finance to compliance and execution, and it's the kind of work I'm drawn to: messy, real, and unforgiving of anything that doesn't actually hold.

I think the way an engineer reads a machine. When something breaks under load, I want to understand the mechanism rather than patch the symptom, then build the system that keeps it from breaking again. That instinct is the through-line of everything I've done, from customer success at monday.com to service operations at Apple to the group I help run today.

It's also where my ventures come from. Moundi exists because cross-border compliance was a real, recurring problem in my own group, invisible until it surfaced as a penalty. Rather than absorb the cost, I started building the system to run it, and I pilot that system against my own obligations every month.

Outside the day-to-day, I'm most interested in where operations and software meet: AI-native workflows, the operating systems multi-entity groups actually need, and the long arc of turning hard-won operating knowledge into products other people can use. I'm based in Richmond, Virginia, work across time zones, and I'd rather build something that earns its keep than talk about building it.
